SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship Monday through Thursday, excluding some holidays. 
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (this time can extend during December, but usually doesn’t)
  • We offer FREE Shipping on orders $65+ - Continental US Only, Chosen carrier is at our discretion.
  • Our go-to shipping method is usually USPS First Class, but can change due to size of order, packaging required, and/or weight. 
  • We ship from Carrollton, TX (Suburb of Dallas) - so most shipments arrive at their destination within 3-7 Business Days. * We recommend choosing UPS if you need a more definitive arrival date.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

If you purchased shipping protection and are experiencing issues with a package, please email hello@twistedwares.com with your order number and issue description to start a claim.

What is Shipping Protection?

At Twisted Wares, we want to do more than just make you laugh. We take pride in every package that we ship. However, once your order leaves our building, it’s in the hands of the carrier and officially the property of our lovely customer, you! That middle ground can be a scary place and shipping protection allows us to make it a little less scary.

Shipping protection is a type of insurance that protects your package from carrier damage or loss. The cost is just $2.50 to insure an order up to $200.

Shipping protection can only be purchased at the time you place your order. It is selected by default in the Shopping Cart as you go to check out. 

What is Covered with Shipping Protection?

  • Damage incurred during shipment by the carrier
  • Loss during transit
  • Theft at the time of delivery

What is Not Covered with Shipping Protection?

  • Shipping delays or longer-than-expected transit times
  • Loss during transit due to Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

How to file a claim

If you purchased shipping protection and are experiencing issues with a package, please email hello@twistedwares.com with your order number and issue description to start a claim. 

If there was damage during transit, please provide pictures of the damaged order. If your tracking number indicates your order has been delivered but you can’t find it and you would like to claim theft, we need to receive the claim within 2 days of the delivery date to approve the claim.

Once the claim has been received, our team will take 3 - 5 business days to process. If your package is covered, you will receive a refund or replacement for the damaged or missing order. This refund will exclude the cost of the shipping protection and the shipping cost for the original order. 

If the shipping protection is not purchased. Twisted Wares is not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen purchases during transit.

NOTE: Twisted Wares does NOT have any influence over the timing of shipments once the carrier picks them up. 

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY
Please confirm the shipping address entered at time of placing order. We have a legal and ethical obligation to ship the order to the exact address requested by the purchaser.
If an error was made in entering the shipping address at the time of order, you must IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US at Hello@TwistedWares.com with the correction. If the order has NOT been processed yet, we will do everything we can to make the change and you will be notified if the change could be made, but is not guaranteed.
