Frustration-Free Returns? Heck Yes!

We want you to be over-the-moon, jumping-up-and-down excited with your new goodies. 

But if for some reason you’re not (or if you accidentally ordered 100 instead of 10—hey, it happens!), we’ve got you covered with a super simple return policy.

YOU HAVE 100 DAYS TO RETURN any unused items for a full refund. Yup, 100 days. Just keep in mind that custom items and Items Sold as “Final Sale” are a no-go for returns.


MISSED the 100-day WINDOW BY A COUPLE OF DAYS? DON’T SWEAT IT! If your return is past the 100 days, we’ll give you store credit for the full amount—because we’re cool like that. But please, return your items in their original packaging and unused condition.


FREE RETURN SHIPPING, because Paying for It Is The Worst:
No one likes to pay for shipping, especially for something you’re sending back. That’s why we offer free return shipping for standard returns (Continental US). Just a heads up, though: expedited or international shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Easy peasy. Just fill out our short return form (linked below), print it, and include it in your package. 

We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label as soon as we can—usually within one business day.
